Brightness is a more complicated issue in LEDs. The brightness we usually refer to in LED modules is usually the luminous intensity and transparency, which are generally obtained by adding the relative degrees of each module. LED module color: it is the most basic parameter in the LED module, and different colors are used in different occasions. According to the color type, it can be divided into two types: monochrome and full-color single-point control. 1. Monochrome is a single color, which cannot be changed, and it can work when it is connected to the power supply. 2. Full-color single point means that the color of each module can be controlled. When the number of modules reaches a certain level, the effect of displaying pictures and videos can be realized. Full-color single-point needs to be added with a control system to achieve the effect. LED module waterproof level: This is mainly for outdoors, it is an important indicator to ensure whether the LED module can work outdoors for a long time. Generally, the waterproof level should reach IP65 in the open air. LED module size: usually refers to the so-called dimensions such as length, width and height. The maximum length of a single connection: We use this parameter a lot when doing large-scale projects. It means the number of connected LED modules in a series of LED modules. This is related to the size of the connecting wire of the LED module. It should also be customized according to the actual situation. With everyone's enthusiastic input, more led screen problems have different opinions. The LED screen products work normally at the beginning, but after a period of time, there will be dark light, flickering, failure, intermittent lighting and other phenomena, which will cause serious damage to the LED screen products. Aging is an important guarantee for the reliability of electronic products, and it is the last indispensable step in the production of LED screen products. LED products can improve performance after aging, and help to stabilize the performance of LED screens in the later period. LED aging test is a very important link in product quality control, but it is often overlooked in many cases, and LED screens cannot be aged correctly and effectively. The LED aging test is a countermeasure based on the characteristics of the product's failure rate curve, that is, the bathtub curve, so as to improve the reliability of the LED screen product, but this method is not necessary, after all, the aging test is to sacrifice a single LED product at the cost of life. LED aging methods include constant current aging and constant voltage aging. The constant current source means that the current of the led screen is constant at any time. If there is a frequency problem, it is not a constant current. That is alternating or pulsating current. An AC or pulsating current source can be designed to have a constant effective value, but this power supply cannot be called a constant current source. Constant current aging is the most scientific LED aging method that is most in line with the current working characteristics of LED screens; over-current impact aging is also a new aging method adopted by LED screen manufacturers, and is carried out by using a constant current source with adjustable frequency and current. This kind of aging is used to judge the quality and expected life of the LED screen in a short time, and can pick out many hidden dangers that cannot be picked out by conventional aging. LED module working temperature: The normal working temperature of the LED module is usually between -18°C and 58°C. If the required range is relatively high, special treatment is required, such as adding air conditioners or exhaust fans. Third, the lighting angle of the LED module. The light-emitting angle of the LED module without lens is mainly determined by the LED lamp beads, and the light-emitting angles of different LED light beads are also different. Generally, the light-emitting angle of the LED light beads provided by the manufacturer is the angle of the LED module. LED module voltage: It is a very important parameter in LED modules, and 12V low-voltage modules are relatively common at present. When connecting the power supply and the control system, be sure to check the correctness of the voltage value before powering on, otherwise the LED module will be damaged. .
